Our sales philosophy is to retain our customers by providing exceptional service. We want you to be happy with your purchase in the hope the next time you want something for your studio, you’ll use us again (not to mention the warm feeling inside just for being nice and helpful). All the products we recommend and advertise on our site are, in our opinion, worthy of professional recording studios – whatever the price. But we also acknowledge that tastes vary and just because we like it doesn’t mean you will. The bottom line is we don’t want anyone to have to put up with something they don’t like, or aren’t getting value from. In most cases, if you don’t like what you’ve purchased from us within 14 days, simply fill in the 14-day return form (linked below) and we’ll refund or credit you. There are some exceptions though…
Please be aware that much of the gear listed on our site is boutique stuff – we don’t sell dozens of these items every month, and it can take many months (sometimes years) to find new homes for the gear you don’t like. With this is mind, if you aren't 100% sure about what you're buying, and would like to use our 14-day refund guarantee to test something, we ask that you please contact us first, just to make sure you're not ordering something that isn't available under this scheme. There are some products that we just can't take back, like some rare boutique outboard, headphones and most software licenses. So if you're not sure of what you want, please contact us first, and we can talk you through the options. In many cases we can line up a demo so you can make sure you're making the right choice, or we can confirm that what you're buying is eligible for a full refund within 14 days.
