Delivery

We use UPS and DPD to ship to and from the UK, Europe and Worldwide. We also offer same day deliveries within the M25 (where stock is available).

You can see our standard delivery charges before you make your purchase on our website at checkout. These are as follows:

FREE UK delivery for orders above £99
Same Day Delivery within M25 - £48 (where items are in stock and available)
£10 for items under £99
EU Delivery £36
Rest of the world Delivery £80
We reserve the right to charge extra for some heavy or large items (like consoles or big studio monitors). If you place your order online, we will contact you prior to processing the order if we need to discuss any extra shipping costs.

If you want to order something with specific delivery requirements, please call or email us and we'll be happy to assist.

Larger Deliveries and Freight

For large deliveries or whole studio packages, we have a network of professional freight carriers who are extremely reliable and professional.

If you would like to check the warranty offered by any manufacturer before purchasing please don't hesitate to contact us and we will qualify this with you. Please note we are not able to refund certain items. Special orders or software often can't be returned, so if you're planning on making use of our returns policy, do please contact us first to establish if this will be possible.

We always want you to have the right equipment for your needs, so if you buy something and it just doesn't do it for you, we are happy to take it back, within 14 days.

We offer the chance to demo equipment before purchase, so if you aren't sure what is right for you, please contact us first and we will try to set up a demo for you.
