What is the standard hire period?
Our standard hire period is 5 weekdays, Monday to Friday. Weekend hire is considered an extra day.
Can I extend my booking?
We will try to accommodate booking extensions if the item is available and not already rebooked. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
Can you deliver and collect the equipment?
We offer in-person pick-up and drop-off. We can arrange courier delivery/collection, but this can result in rental charges during transit delays. For this reason, we recommend customers handle their own equipment delivery and collection in person.
Is same-day delivery available?
We can accommodate same-day delivery within the M25 area for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required on all rentals. This will be refunded upon timely return of the undamaged equipment.
What about cables and power supplies?
Audio cables and power supplies (unless specific to the item) are generally not included. Please contact us if you need these added to your rental.
Can you create customized rental packages?
Absolutely, we can tailor rental bundles to suit your needs. Please reach out with your specific requirements.
Do you rent equipment not listed on your website?
We will do our best to source items not on our regular rental list. Please inquire for details on availability and pricing.
