The API The Box Console includes a total of eight input channels with 500-series slots. Each of the 24 summing channels now also includes LED metering. This new version includes the same centre section, monitoring and rear panel connections. It even includes the highly popular 0dB bypass switch of the original, also found on the 1608-II and 2448 consoles.
The Box uses the same circuitry and components as those found in all API consoles to provide API’s signature sound and performance, in a small home-studio friendly design. Optimised for modern workflow this small-format console gives you high-quality mic preamps, input signal processing, high-quality mix bus, cue sends with talkback, monitor control and much more.
