Using the patent-pending Fazor elements to guide and control the flow of sound waves ensures an impressive frequency response with deep and detailed low-end and pristine highs. Another benefit of Fazor technology is a truly enveloping holographic soundstage. Acoustically transparent, the Fazor elements are placed outside the two magnets around the diaphragm and load the diaphragm with symmetrical acoustic load and improve impedance matching for increased efficiency, superior phase and impulse response.

The LCD-X can easily be used with portable players like iPhones, iPods, and other smartphones, but it delivers better results when powered by an external amplifier. Its neutral character makes it the ideal choice for studio engineers and musicians.
