The Austrian Audio OC18 is a stripped down version of the OC818 and uses the same custom CKR-12 edge-terminated capsule. This capsules, inspired by the legendary CK12 is handbuilt in Vienna and designed to provide superior sonic clarity and extended frequency response.
Additional controls include two types of analogue pads and high-pass filter easily accessible at the front of the microphone. It ships with a spider shock mount, windshield and clip, all housed in a robust carry case.
