The Avedis Audio E12G is a 500-series 12-band graphic EQ for with Class A preamps Jensen input and output transformers.
The Avedis Audio E12G is an indispensable tool in the studio for tracking and mixing due to its ease of use for sound shaping and frequency correction during tracking. There are no IC chips in the frequency bands, as is common in other graphic EQ designs.
Unlike other graphic EQs, the E12G uses Class A preamps for each band instead of IC chips, resulting in a truly natural sound while bringing out every detail and harmonic richness of your audio source.
The two extreme bands extend beyond the audio spectrum to fill a void traditionally not available in graphic EQs, adding sub and air to a source. It also boasts an ingenious input stage designed by Bill Whitlock that provides the clarity and performance of high-end input transformers.
