Barefoot Footprint02
The Barefoot Footprint02 is a 3-way monitor with side-mounted dual-opposing 6.5" subwoofers, dual ring radiator tweeter, and MEME technology.
Same sound smaller size
The Barefoot Footprint02 offers the same form-factor as the Footprint01 in a smaller size. It features the same side-mounted dual opposing 6.5"; paper-cone subwoofers and dual ring radiator tweeter positioned below the aluminium cone midrange driver set in an aluminium front baffle.
On the inside, the Footprint is nearly identical to its older sibling with a similar 2-way DSP crossover feeds with dual Class D amplifiers. The Dual-force subwoofers are mounted in opposition, eliminating cabinet vibration and ensuring a tight sound with deep bass extension. The dual ring tweeter, another key component, provides a wide dispersion of high frequencies for a wide stereo image and sweet spot.
MEME technology
The Footprint02 includes Barefoot's patented Multi-Emphasis Monitor Emulation (MEME) technology to emulate three different speakers including the revered NS10 and MixCubes and Hi-fi speakers. MEME not only mimics the frequency characteristics of these speakers but also their response at the flick of a switch.
