The DT 990 PRO X integrates a 3-metre detachable cable with a secure locking mini-XLR connector for maximum reliability during sessions. It includes a 3.5 mm stereo jack and a 6.3 mm adapter, providing broad connectivity across studio and high-end equipment without sacrificing signal integrity.
Beyerdynamic optimises comfort with soft velour ear pads, a flexible yet durable headband and a unique headband recess that alleviates pressure on the fontanelle area. Unlike the fixed-cable DT 990 PRO, the PRO X features a detachable cable system. Additionally, the DT 990 PRO X improves comfort with its revised headband design.
For an alternative linear and highly accurate frequency response suited to mixing and mastering, the DT 900 PRO X is recommended.
