The Focal Alpha Twin Evo boasts many of Focal's exclusive technologies and expertise to deliver a speaker capable of adapting to less than ideal environments, such as untreated rooms. Using high current Class AB amplifiers which provide complete control of the dynamics of the audio signal while allowing for high volume listening without distortion.
The Alpha Twin Evo uses two 6.5" drivers made with a Slatefiber cone which provides superior damping for ultimate neutrality over the entire Low and Midrange spectrum delivering clear and detailed midrange. The inverted 1" aluminium dome tweeter ensures the slightest imperfections are revealed no matter how close or far from the speaker you find yourself. In addition, the unique tweeter design has been tailored to avoid auditory fatigue even after long sessions.
A large laminar vent at the front of the speaker improves the acoustical integration of the speaker even in very small and narrow rooms. With a Frequency response ranging from 38Hz all the way up to 22kHz, the Alpha Twin Evo will give you an accurate representation of all your instruments in the mix giving you the perfect representation of your productions. The 130W tri-amplification system (2x50W for the bass and midrange drivers and 30W for the tweeter) delivers all the power you need and some.
