The Grimm Audio CC1v2 is a master clock distributing word clock and AES3 sync signals with 16-word clock outputs and offers AES/EBU reclocking and two sample rate groups capable of sample rates up to 192kHz.

The Grimm Audio CC1v2 delivers outstanding performance and operates as a master or slave to both word clock and AES 3 inputs, with ultra-low jitter for the ultimate tonal consistency. The CC1v2 also includes many improvements to the discrete crystal oscillator such as improved power supply noise, oscillator control circuit noise and low-level crosstalk. All these changes ensure superior performance that beats the best test equipment available. 

For use with an external reference, the CC1 boasts a PLL capable of jitter suppression levels of 90dB at 10Hz with further improvements of 60dB/dec. The master clock offers operation at 44.1 and 48kHz as well as 1/2/4 multiples with two separate groups capable of operating at different sample rates. It also includes an AES/EBU reclocker that can be used to clean the digital feed of the DA converter.
