High Scalability
The RADAR Converter is infinitely scalable, making it an ideal solution for expanding systems as it only requires additional Dante connections to increase its capacity.
The RADAR Converter is a scalable new interface designed to house two RADAR AD/DA cards and provide Dante connectivity.
The RADAR Converter half-rack enclosure can accept two Classic 96, Ultra Nyquist or any vintage AD/DA converter cards from iZ Technology or Otari recording systems, offering a total of up to 16 channels.
A single RADAR Converter can connect directly to your DAW via ethernet and Dante's Virtual Soundcard Software. For Lower latency performance and high channel counts, a PCIeR card (such as the Focusrite Rednet PCIeR), Thunderbolt expansion box or HD bridge are required.
The RADAR Converter is infinitely scalable and is only limited by the amount of Dante connections you have available on your system.
Operation of the converters couldn't be more straightforward as the sample rate automatically synchronises with the DAW and Dante Controller, so you don't even have to think about it.
