The Neumann KM 183 Stereo Set comes with two KM 183 microphones two WNS100 windscreens and SG21 swivel mounts.

The Neumann KM 183is an small diaphragm condenser microphone designed to capture a precise, clean sound.

The Neumann KM 183 has a fixed omni polar pattern and is ideal for close miking of acoustic instruments or to record an orchestra with as a AB stereo pair in a diffuse sound field.

The KM 183 uses Neumann’s K 30 gold-spluttered mylar diaphragm and provides a linear frequency response all the way up to 3kHz before seeing a noticeable boost all the way up to 10kHz. Its transformerless design ensures very low self-noise.
