The Roll Music Valveq is an all-tube two-band inductor midrange EQ for the 500 series format.

The Roll Music Valveq boasts two bands to shape the midrange on sources like vocals, guitars. Each band offers a choice of two frequencies offering a total of four frequencies. They can be used on their own or as a complement to the VacBax to create a stunning sounding four-band EQ.

The Valveq uses Roll Music’s proprietary Tube amplifier stage using an ECC832 (12DW7) dual triode valve both for voltage gain and output drive. This boosts the voltage level to 200V internally using the +/-16V and +48V rails of the 500 Series chassis.

The Valveq is a stunning and sweet-sounding EQ that will help get the desired presence or heft without ever sounding harsh or muffled.
