The Sontronics Halo is based on the SOLO, handheld microphone originally designed for vocals, but used increasingly to capture the exact frequency of a guitar amp with all the bite and presence without the need for additional EQ.
Its dynamic capsule is suspended on four spring mounts surrounded by a circular frame which prevents from unwanted vibrations and rumble.
