The Universal Audio LUNA API Vision Console Emulation Bundle is the first real-time end-to-end API Vision console emulation including API preamps, channel modules, Analogue summing and buss compression.
The Universal Audio LUNA API Vision Console Emulation Bundle delivers seamless integration with LUNA and the deepest emulation of a large format analogue console experience within a digital workflow. It allows for the recording through API’s channel strip and mixing through its analogue summing and buss compression to deliver the character, cohesion and colour of a classic API desk, all without any floating plug-in windows.
API Modules and Summing
A powerful recording and mixing solution, each channel strip include six modules of API’s iconic L-Series modules including emulations of the 212L preamp, 225L compressor or 235L gate/expander as well as the 550L/560L EQ and 215L Hi and low pass filters. giving API’s unmistakable punchy tone all in real-time.
For mixing applications, the API Vision Console Emulation Bundle includes a faithful emulation of its analogue summing section and legendary 2520 Op-amps and custom output transformers. The hybrid voltage/current circuit of the API Vision console has been thoroughly emulated to deliver the unmistakable punch, depth and mid-forward character.
The third module is an emulation of the vision’s console classic ‘inline’ version of the legendary API 2500 Bus compressor, known for its midrange attitude and analogue glue.
The API Vision Console Emulation bundle also includes UAD plug-in versions of the API preamp, Vision Channel Strip Collection and API 2500 buss compressor to give you the unmistakable API sound when recording or mixing on an external DAW.
