The Verbos Electronics Complex Oscillator is an additive style eurorack oscillator module that's comprised of two analogue oscillators.
One of the more common sound generation technique in the additive synthesis world, is to use one oscillator to modulate another; thus creating rich, thick AM or FM sounding timbres.
The complex oscillator from Verbos takes this philosophy and brings it to the eurorack medium. The module is comprised of two multi-wave analogue oscillators; one modulator and one master.
Oscillator one is used to modulate the second oscillator, but it can also be used as a standalone VCO in its own right.
Intensity of the modulation and timbre is all CV controllable, all of which provides a dense sonic toolkit for building powerful patches and tones.
