The Warm Audio Bus-Comp is stereo VCA Bus compressor based on the legendary SSL G-Buss Compressor and includes selectable Cinemag transformers, External side-chain source and HPF.


The Warm Audio Bus-Comp delivers the magic glue and polish on stereo mixes but also excels on the drum bus and drum overheads. In addition to recreating the technology behind this bus compressor, Warm Audio have added useful features for more flexibility.


First of all the Bus-Comp includes a selectable discrete op-amp stage with Cinemag transformers that add increased depth, tone and vibe. Furthermore, it boasts a selectable side-chain source input with dedicated XLR input in the back to use external source to trigger the compressor as well as a side-chain High-pass filter with selectable frequencies, ideal for bass-heavy music genres.


Inputs and outputs are avaliable as XLR or TRS for added flexibility.
