The Barefoot Sound MiniMain12 is an active freestanding, 4-way 7-driver sealed-back studio reference monitor speaker, particularly suited for mid-field placement.

No less than seven drivers are required in the MiniMain12 to produce this level of fidelity, dispersion and superb imaging - and the MiniMain12 is capable of delivering all that performance over a far greater area than normal mid-field designs can operate over.

Helping you save space, as well as keeping your meter bridge uncluttered and your sonic pathways uninterrupted, the Barefoot Sound MiniMain12 uses a MEME, or Multi Emphasis Monitor Emulation, system to mimic the responses of popular nearfield and cube monitors as well as consumer Hi-Fi speakers - so you can check the sound of the final mix out thoroughly, all through the same set of monitors.

The tweeter, mids and woofers of the MiniMain12 are powered along by 250W each of Hypex amplification, whilst the subwoofers can run to a stomach-rumbling 1200W at full power - with ultra-low distortion, too.

Taking four years just to design the Barefoot Sound MiniMain12 cross-over alone might seem a touch excessive, but once you've heard these monitors you'll agree that nothing else comes close. Handles are recommended to make it easier to move around and position your speakers (sold separately).
