The 1010music Nanobox Fireball is a compact polyphonic wavetable synthesiser with eight-voice polyphony, dual wavetable oscillators, touchscreen control, and integrated effects, all housed in a pocket-sized format.
Advanced Wavetable Sound Engine
Fireball features two high-resolution wavetable oscillators and an additional standard oscillator, offering a rich palette of sonic textures. It supports eight-voice polyphony, allowing for full chords, expressive leads, or layered atmospheres. Wavetables run at 96kHz with 2048 samples per cycle across 256 cycles, ensuring pristine audio quality and detailed waveform resolution. Users can load custom wavetables via microSD or choose from the 103 included waveforms and 123 factory presets.
Touchscreen Interface and Real-Time Control
A 2-inch touchscreen interface provides X/Y pad control for instant sound shaping, letting users morph timbres and tweak parameters with intuitive gestures. The screen also offers access to deep editing of modulation, envelopes, filters, and effects for precise sound design without menu diving.
Powerful Modulation and Effects
Fireball includes two multimode filters, two ADSR envelopes, two LFOs, and a modulation sequencer, giving users flexible options to shape and animate their patches. The onboard effects engine contains six algorithms that can be combined in two slots, offering up to twelve possible configurations. Users can choose from flanger, distortion, chorus, phaser, delay, and reverb to enhance their sound.
Portable Design and Seamless Integration
At just 1.5 inches tall and weighing 0.25 lbs, Fireball is built for portability while maintaining a rugged and efficient layout. It integrates easily into tabletop or mobile setups, drawing 5V at 500mA over USB-C. Its compact form makes it ideal for travel, studio, or live use without sacrificing sound quality or functionality.
