Integrating a coaxial arrangement for the tweeter and mid-range driver ensures a single-point source, promoting improved phase coherence. This versatile feature allows the Atlas i8 to be positioned horizontally or vertically without the risk of comb filtering or dips across the upper-frequency spectrum.

Additionally, the Atlas i8 incorporates the same 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking found in Antelope Audio's high-end master clocks and interfaces. Powered by three custom-designed Class-D amplifiers with incredibly low harmonic distortions and noise floor, the Atlas i8 delivers 200W to the 8-inch woofers, 100W to the mid-range driver, and 100W to the high-frequency drivers. This configuration guarantees a clean yet substantially high SPL, meeting the demands of discerning audio professionals.

Convenience and ease of use are not compromised with the Atlas i8. It features a colour display and rotary knob at the rear, providing quick access to main settings such as volume, routing, EQ, bass modes, and preset recall.

Furthermore, the Atlas i8 offers various connectivity options, including standard analogue connections in XLR and TRS configurations and an AES/EBU digital input and output. This flexibility allows users to bypass their interface's D/A conversion or effortlessly daisy-chain two monitors.

For seamless integration into multi-speaker Surround and Atmos™ setups, an optional mounting plate adapter (VESA 100x200mm) is available, allowing for elegant wall or ceiling placement.

Users can use the colour display and rotary knob to enhance further room matching to access a user-friendly 4-band EQ. This feature allows adjustments to low-frequency band boosts and tailored high frequencies, mitigating room monitoring challenges.

Finally, the Atlas i8's Delay Offset feature compensates for differences in the distance between two monitors' sweet spots, ensuring an optimal and cohesive stereo image.
