Smartgain automated workflow
Smartgain technology analyses incoming signal peaks and automatically sets gain for up to eight channels in under twenty seconds, giving a streamlined single-operator workflow that suits drum setups, multi-mic recordings and fast-paced creative environments. Smartgain removes level-setting guesswork and prevents clipping at source, letting engineers move straight into performance and capture.
Motion UI visual control
Motion UI introduces a high-resolution colour screen and an integrated control system that responds instantly to adjustments. Channel names, metering, routing, levels and monitoring functions appear exactly when required, supported by IPS viewing technology for clarity from any angle. One-Knob-Control navigates hardware functions quickly and the programmable function button assigns key monitoring operations such as mono, speaker switching or dim to suit individual workflow requirements.
Flexible I/O and monitoring
Eight line outputs support multi-speaker setups, external analogue processing chains or headphone amplifier feeds for artist monitoring. Two independent high-power headphone outputs drive high-impedance studio headphones up to 600 ohms with precision.
