Seamless Studio Integration
With 16 analogue inputs and outputs, the Horizon 16 allows for permanent connections to your outboard gear, ensuring a hassle-free recording and mixing experience without constant repatching.
The Audient Horizon 16 is a flagship 34-in/34-out Thunderbolt 3 audio interface designed to become the command centre of a hybrid studio. Its 16 analogue line inputs and 16 line outputs let you keep outboard processors, summing equipment, and synthesizers permanently connected—ready to record, process, and print without repeatedly repatching the studio.
Four DB25 connectors provide space-efficient analogue integration, while dedicated stereo monitor outputs and mix-bus capture support a streamlined hybrid mixing workflow. Reference-grade 32-bit conversion delivers up to 133 dB of dynamic range and supports sample rates up to 192 kHz.
With Thunderbolt 3 performance and stated latency as low as 0.99 ms, the Horizon 16 is designed for monitoring through native plug-ins without proprietary DSP restrictions. Dual ADAT ports add up to 16 channels of digital I/O, while BNC word clock keeps the interface synchronised with the rest of your studio.
Horizon Control provides a flexible virtual patchbay, detailed metering, four custom cue mixes, comfort reverb, preset recall, and professional monitor controls. Configure anything from a stereo setup to monitoring systems up to 9.1.6, then scale the system to as many as four Horizon interfaces and 200 x 200 channels as your studio grows.
