The Crookwood C1-4AX is stereo monitoring controller with four analogue and digital sources, extensive source selection and routing and pristine audio quality.
The Crookwood C1-4X comes with a precision monitor-controller which is the result in over 20 years of engineering to deliver the most accurate gain control available. Sonically pristine, it provides the most accurate audio rendition, allowing users to quickly hear any musical issues and correct them.
The C1-4X also includes a comprehensive source and speaker as well as flexible routing. Using separate record path outputs, enables users to route a monitor source to go to a record path, a cue feed or studio speaker controllers.
All analogue routing is done via balanced relays ensuring maximum transparency throughout. Digital signals are handled through a properly terminated transformer-based digital router which ensures complete transparent operation.
The C1-4X does a lot more such as automatically connecting or selecting digital converters, routing clocks, ensuring superior integration with any DAW.
Modular in design the C1-4X can be upgraded as users’ requirements grow simply by adding additional cards. It is also possible to add optional AD or DA converters, Bass management for subs, VU Meters and talkback with stereo cue mix.
