The Drawmer 1976 is a stereo three-band analogue FET saturator and width processor inspired by the highly regarded DC2476 Digital Mastering Processor.
The Drawmer 1976 can be used to add presence, warmth and life to any audio source. By using three independent frequency bands, the 1976 can tailor the saturation to only affect the part that you wish to affect without sacrificing the balance of the mix. Add excitement to any sources from drums, bass, synths, guitars, vocals or even the entire mix.
In addition, each band of the 1976 features a stereo widening processor which ranges from completely mono to super wide. This function can transform a flat mix into a 3D immersive experience. With independent controls, you can widen the top end for a wider soundstage while making your low-end mono to avoid out of phase signal if pressing for vinyl.
