The Next Generation of Harmonizer

The H9 Harmonizer Gen 2 builds on the success of the original H9 series while introducing the complete algorithm collection found in the H90. It includes all 52 H9 Max algorithms alongside the expanded H90 effects library, delivering a total of 74 algorithms covering delay, reverb, pitch shifting, modulation, granular processing, vocal effects, looping, synthesis and sound design.

Eventide has designed the platform for long-term growth, including full compatibility with legacy H9 presets while supporting future algorithm updates through its modern software architecture. Advanced Processing and Sound Quality

The H9 Harmonizer Gen 2 utilises the same modern ARM-based processing platform found in Eventide's flagship H90 and H9000 processors. This architecture delivers higher fidelity audio performance, increased processing power and smoother operation across all algorithms.

Eventide's proprietary Spectral Instantaneous Frequency Tracking (SIFT) technology enables highly accurate polyphonic pitch shifting. This technology powers advanced algorithms including Polyphony, Polysynth, Polyflex and Prism Shift, allowing complex chordal material to track naturally while maintaining excellent note separation and tonal integrity.

The pedal also supports seamless effect spillover between preset changes, ensuring delays, reverbs and ambient textures continue naturally when switching sounds during performance.

Redesigned User Interface

Eventide has completely reworked the H9 user experience with a larger 2.5-inch display, three dedicated Quick Knobs and redesigned button controls. The updated interface provides direct access to parameters from the pedal itself, removing the need for app-based editing during setup or performance.

The operating system centres around three dedicated workflow modes. Select Mode enables fast preset browsing, Bank Mode simplifies live set organisation and Perform Mode provides immediate access to real-time effect manipulation.
