The microphone features the FLEA CK12 capsule, a carefully engineered replica of the revered CK12, capturing the nuanced tonal complexity that defined the original 251. Matched with a T14/1 transformer clone—identical in design to the original—the FLEA M 251 f achieves an exceptionally accurate tonal signature across all polar patterns.
