The Focal Clear MG Professional are professional open-back headphones designed to maximise precise reproduction thanks to Focal's unique M-shaped inverted dome and new honeycomb grille design.
The Focal Clear MG Pro uses a brand new 40mm (1 ‚Öù”) full-range driver with M-shaped inverted domes powered by a frameless copper voice coil to deliver impressive detail across the entire frequency range while preserving excellent tonal balance. It delivers superior dynamics and impact, translating in tight bass. The open grille closely follows the 'M' profile of the cone to minimise any effect. Furthermore, it has an incredibly linear high frequency with a break-up at 24kHz ensuring perfect restitution of transients.
The headband has also been designed for ultimate comfort with a solid aluminium yoke covered with structured black paint. the weight has also been even-distributed to avoid localised pressure points. A new system replaces the traditional vertically rotating mechanics, by placing them inside the headband. This system prevents acoustic leakage ensuring fuller bass. The memory foam earpads also contribute to create a comfortable open feel.
