The Grace Design ROXi is a high-fidelity mic and instrument preamp pedal featuring a precision rotary gain control, high-pass filter, 3-band EQ, FX loop with wet/dry blend, and flexible I/O for stage or studio use.
ROXi’s rotary gain control provides precise adjustment across the full gain range, with superior audio performance at higher gain levels, making it an ideal match for low-output microphones like ribbons.
A two-position high-pass filter allows users to cut low-end rumble or problem bass frequencies at either 75Hz or 150Hz, offering greater control over source clarity in both live and recording contexts.
The 3-band EQ includes high and low shelves, alongside a sweepable mid-band, enabling detailed tonal sculpting tailored to vocals, horns, strings, and more.
An onboard FX loop can be toggled with a footswitch, while the mix control lets users run effects fully wet and blend them into the preamp signal path, supporting creative routing of pedals and processors.
With a combi XLR/¼″ input, the ROXi functions equally well as a mic preamp or instrument DI. A ¼″ amp output includes its own level control for live stage monitoring or re-amping, while the balanced XLR ISO output sends clean signal to front-of-house or recording interface.
A variable boost circuit offers gain staging flexibility during performance, while a mute switch ensures silent signal management when changing mics or instruments mid-set.
