Precision Band Control
The IGS Audio Multicore allows detailed manipulation of dynamics across three bands with individual threshold, ratio, attack, release, and gain settings, enhancing mix clarity and balance.
The IGS Audio Multicore is a three-band VCA compressor with adjustable crossovers for mixing or mastering application.
The IGS Audio Multicore uses a 6dB/oct slope ensuring musicality and phase coherence. Each band includes threshold, ratio, attack, release and gain as well as mute/on/bypass switch which lets you mute bands and focus on other bands. Muting two bands lets you hear the band making it easier to find the best crossover point.
The Multicore features Carnhill input and output transformers and through hold technology components. Passive components are used for true L/R correlation. With only the highest quality selected components, the multicore exhibits extremely low noise high headroom and almost inexistent crosstalk.
