The Neumann KH 870 II AES67 subwoofer is a flagship DSP-controlled model with twice the output of the KH 810 II, 16 Hz bass extension, 7.1.4 multichannel bass management, and full AES67 AoIP integration, designed for large control rooms and immersive production environments.
Networked Performance
This AES67 version matches the acoustic power of the KH 870 II while adding integrated AoIP capability. It can handle twelve AES67 input channels and distribute them to its own drivers as well as up to eleven studio monitors connected via analogue or AES3 (BNC) digital outputs. This design enables entire stereo, surround, or immersive systems to connect directly to an AES67 network infrastructure.
Broadcast-Grade Integration
The KH 870 II AES67 includes redundant AES67 audio network ports that comply with professional broadcast standards such as ST 2110, ST 2022-7 redundancy, and RAVENNA. It also accepts DANTE®-generated AES67 streams, making it adaptable to diverse networked audio workflows.
