The Nordic Audio NU-24K is a high-performance, large-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for exceptional clarity and character across a wide frequency range, offering a frequency response of 17Hz to 27kHz, a sensitivity of 18mV/Pa, and capable of handling 136dB SPL before clipping.
Unique Capsule Design
The NU-24K incorporates the proprietary D100K capsule, a 30mm edge-terminated large diaphragm that eliminates many of the resonant issues typical of conventional condenser microphone capsules. This results in a natural, transparent, and wide-range frequency capture, ideal for everything from vocals to acoustic instruments.
FloFET™ Circuitry
The microphone uses a proprietary FloFET™ amplifier circuit that achieves a unique tonal blend—delivering the smoothness and flattering characteristics of a high-end tube microphone while maintaining the precision, transient response, and low noise performance of a transformerless solid-state design.
